## One rule

Agents propose freely. Nothing irreversible runs because a model decided it should.
It runs because a human-authorized, code-enforced gate let it through.

## Identity before pay (Cloudflare / x402 / agent commerce)

Bacon Map is the agent-readable identity pin. Edge and pay rails (Cloudflare Workers,
Agent SDK, x402, card-network agent protocols) still need a stable principal face.
Fetch door + looking-for before any pay challenge. A door match is not authority to charge.
