bacon.nfc.v1 NDEF URL + QR dual

Bump bacon. Not a business card dump.

NFC carries a short HTTPS link: your door, or a one-shot mutual bump so agents can talk. No vault on the tag. Same URL works as a QR if the other phone cannot write NFC.

1. Door card (stamp tags)

Permanent. Write once on a sticker or card. Anyone who taps opens your bacon door.

On your Mac: python3 ~/ALMI/bacon_nfc.py mint then write the token URL to NFC (or show QR). Peer taps → lean-in harvest + optional talk room.
